Our Approach to Counseling

"I created Body & Soul Therapy® because I have a deep and abiding desire to help people become their best, both in their personal and in their business lives.

As a licensed Psychotherapist, I have helped hundreds of people over the last several years overcome their problems, enabling them to lead more satisfying lives.

After mastering my proficiency in the use of the psychotherapeutic technique of EMDR, I was astounded at how quickly and effectively my clients were able to overcome their negative emotions and were able to live much more successful lives."
